Pettisville American Legion will host Memorial Day services May 29, starting 9:45 at the Park. From the park, the parade will go West on Dame St. to Maple Ave, turn left on Maple and proceed to the Pettisville cemetery.

James R. Lingvai (Colonel, US Army, Retired) is an Executive Consultant and the Owner of the Screenmobile of Southern Indiana. He is also an Associate of FBA, Inc., a Washington based government relations firm.
He has completed over 26 years of active federal service, retiring from the Army's Signal Corps in July 1996. Jim has special expertise in DOD procurement and program implementation. As a member of the Defense Communications Agency, he was responsible for the modernization of the strategic switching network in Europe. While on the NATO staff, he procured and installed the communication and automation systems supporting Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe. He has been the Program Manager for several DOD's projects in the areas of command and control, strategic communications, imaging, high performance computing, modeling and simulations. These projects include the Army World Wide Military Command and Control System, the Personnel Electronic Records Management System, the Defense Information Systems Network of the Defense Information Systems Agency. From December 1993 to July 1996, Jim served as Director of Modeling and Simulations for the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (Star Wars).
In addition to his military experience, Jim has worked with several civilian firms including Wang's Federal Group, Dakota Imaging, COMARCO, and SAIC. These firms utilized Jim’s expertise in the field of digital imaging, information technology and Project Management. Jim is currently installing a Fiber Optic system for Camp Atterbury National Guard Base, Indiana.
Jim holds a Masters of Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York in Operations Research and System Analysis. He also has a Master’s of Business in Business Administration from Indiana Wesley University. He is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College and the Army's Command and General Staff Course. Jim received his Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Toledo University. While a member of the NATO staff, he co-authored a publication on the use of Fiber Optic Cable for Reconstitution.
Jim is from Bryan, Ohio, married to the former Beverly Reinking of Wauseon, Ohio. They have three children, Jennifer of Austin, TX, Bradley of Austin, TX and Matthew of Charlottesville, VA. Bev and Jim maintain their residence in Bloomington, IN
