The 2008 Friendship Days quilt created by community members will be auctioned at the park, 8:30 Friday evening on June 27, 2008. |

Quilt Chairpersons, Karen Nafziger and Char Roth, chose 'CARAMEL LATTE' from Cathy Wierzhbicki's book, COFFEE-TIME QUILTS, as the quilt design.
The queen sized quilt measuring 96" x 114", is pieced in green-patterned fabrics and beiges with red and brown/black accents.
Truely a community project with fifty-six community quilters completing the hand quilting in approximately 420 hours with 625 yards of thread.
